We will provide full product support and updates for all licensed products. This can include certain solutions found in the J-Lab Solutions area if agreed in the type of contract.
As part of the support agreement we will provide :
- Product updates and patches.
- Second level technical Online support when required.
- Longevity for our products by constantly upgrading our technology.
- Provide training to first level support and trainers.
- All related documentation for the product and all updates.
As part of the product licensing, we will ensure that all products are kept up to date and that any major future features are made available.
By purchasing a license agreement, you further ensure the longevity of the product by creating a growing community that will provide input and guidence for future versions.
